Website account permissions

What kind of access can I share with my staff?

Your In Cahoots Co / Ipswich Websites comes in-built with some great access control features so you can delegate the access amongst your team members. Below is a quick snapshot of access levels you can share.

Permission Details Great for
Stats email Here you can have weekly or monthly web stats sent to your inbox Great for business owners wanting to keep an eye on website stats in an easy to understand way
Stats View full website stats Login and view a range of detailed analytics about your website
Full editing capabilities Add and manage widgets, pages, edit design features (theme) and control other site settings Recommended for those users who have undertaken training as this provides a high level of access to site settings (where mistakes can be made that could impact your site design and performance)
Content editing Only edit existing site content This is great for team members tasked with just replacing website text or imagery without being able to make design or configuration changes.
Content Library Manage site content including images, video, business information and form responses This allows you to add new imagery and content to your website library
Blog Create new website blogs This is a great feature where you may only want a team member to publish blogs, but not touch other areas of your website
