Zapier connects your apps so that something happening in one, like a new form enquiry, automatically triggers actions in others, like creating a CRM contact and sending an alert. Each of these automations is called a Zap.
Common uses are sending website and Facebook leads into a CRM, creating jobs from bookings, syncing invoices to Xero, filing email attachments, updating spreadsheets and sending follow-up emails or SMS.
Our automation work averages $150 an hour + GST, and fixed-scope jobs can be quoted. Your Zapier subscription is separate and paid to Zapier.
Zapier has a free plan with limits on what it can do. Most businesses that rely on it move to a paid plan. We'll help you work out which plan you actually need.
Simple Zaps are easy to set up. It gets harder when workflows have several steps, conditions or messy data, and that's when it's worth having someone build them properly.
Make and n8n can be cheaper for high-volume or complex workflows. We build in all three and will recommend whichever suits your setup and budget.
