Immediate response times may vary due to staff capacity, however we will make every effort to resolve your request in a timely manner based on an initial assessment.
Please note that all assistance requests are billable at a per hour fee of $150 + GST (billed pro rata). You only pay for how long it takes us to resolve the issue or request.
All work is undertaken during business hours (Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 12pm). After-hours support is limited and is a minimum of $150 call-out.
High frequency or change users (real estate etc.): if you would like to explore a fixed retainer fee in lieu of ad-hoc requests, please let us know via our contact page.
