Who you’ll work with

Ben Hayward runs In Cahoots Co and has been running his own businesses since 2019. He’s worked across government, the private sector and large not-for-profits, so he looks at your systems the way an owner does: what it costs, what it saves, and whether your team will actually use it.

Ben leads every job. When a project needs extra hands or a specific skill, he brings in trusted specialists he’s worked with before. You deal with one person who’s responsible from start to finish.

How we work

• Plain English. If we can't explain it simply, we haven't understood it properly.
• Use what you've got. We'd rather make your existing tools work properly than sell you new ones.
• Built to be handed over. Everything we build comes with documentation, so you're never locked in.
• Practise what we preach. We run the business on the same tools we set up for clients.

How we use AI

We publish the AI tools we use and how we use them. Our stack includes Google Workspace, Gemini, NotebookLM, Google AppSheet, Claude, ChatGPT, Manus and ElevenLabs, and a person reviews everything AI helps us make.

Where we work

Our office is at Brookwater in Greater Springfield, and meetings are by appointment. We work with businesses across Brisbane, Ipswich and South East Queensland, and some Australia-wide.
